STRENGTH
Every 2 mins for 10 mins do:
5 Back Squats
2 Burpee Broad Jumps, 6 ft

- 5 Total sets - use 90% of you 5 REP max from January 4th.
- ACROSS ( same weight for all 5 sets)

CONDITIONING
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
5 Toes-to-bars
10 Elevated Push Ups, 8 in
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft

One PUSHUPS: -Elevate feet with two 45 pound plates. - HAND RELEASE - chest and above only touch the ground. - NO REP if knees, thighs touch, -Focus on great positioning
