Fitness 535 is an established fitness program with the backing of a team of extremely well educated and accomplished coaches. We put a high value on knowledge and quality, and know how to develop you from a beginner to an advanced athlete. If you already are an advanced athlete we have the knowledge to help you develop even further.

All our CrossFit level 1 Coaches are extremely well versed in fitness specific movements, like the kipping & butterfly pull-ups, handstand push ups, muscle ups and so on and are eager to teach you.
